EMAIL PHISHING ALERT: RISK Medium - Phishing email originating from Office of the Provost

SUMMARY
A new phishing attempt containing instructions to forward attached reports and designed to look like it originated from Janice Deakin and the Office of the Provost was discovered by WTS and has since been intercepted.

HOW IT EFFECTS US
While the specific threat has been closed it’s possible a number of individuals may have received this email and inadvertently followed the instructions to open and forward the attached documents linked in the email

HOW TO RESOLVE
If you believe you received this email, opened the file, and provided your username and password WTS urges you to change your password. Please follow the instructions here to reset your password.
