Telecom Project Highlights

Over the last year we have completed the following projects:  

  1. CUCM Upgrades to version 10.5(2)SU3
  2. UCCX Call Centre upgrades to version 10.6 SU2
  3. Integration of CUCM and Unity Connection with LDAP
  4. UXCN Voicemail Upgrades to version 10.5.2
  5. QM to version 10.5(1)_SR6
  6. Gateway replacement to accommodate Outbound Call Centres (Ivey, Alumni Western) in 10.5
  7. Gateway replacement from VG 224 to VG 350
  8. Updates to phone set firmware
  9. UXCN-CUCM SIP Trunk to accommodate eventual phone set replacement

All the upgrades were performed in our test environment prior to every implementation.  To accommodate that testing, we are constantly updating our QAT environment to closely match the Production environment.

We are currently working on the following projects:

  1. CUCM - Extension/User Name Matching
  2. Phone Replacement – Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series
  3. Nuance Speech Attendant for Western University Main number
  4. Video Conferencing Services
  5. Cisco Finesse - next-generation agent and supervisor desktop (replacement for UCCX CAD)
  6. Parking Gates solution for Intercom
