Office for Home Use

The Microsoft Campus Agreement provides eligible students, faculty and staff access to Microsoft Office for home use and includes the latest versions of Microsoft Office products.

  • You can install Office on up to 5 PCs or Macs, 5 tablets, and 5 smartphones
  • Application availability and features vary by platform, device and language (Access and Publisher are available for PC systems only)

Installation

This process is not recommended for your university-owned computer (work installations). Please contact your unit technical contact or the Helpdesk if you have questions around which process is appropriate for your situation.

  • Open a browser window on your device (e.g., computer, laptop, phone or tablet)
  • Go to Western's Microsoft website (myoffice.uwo.ca) and sign in
  • Select the appropriate install option from the side menu
  • When the installation is complete, a license is associated with that device
