Information Technology Services offers voicemail to faculty and staff which include a variety of default features, and the option of forwarding of messages to email.

Voicemail to Email

  • Messages are forwarded to your Western Email as WAV attachment
  • Access your voicemail anytime, anywhere where you have access to your Western Email
  • NO message light notification on your phone

Voicemail to Email and Phone

  • Messages are delivered to a separate Email account in your email client using your credentials
  • Access from your phone and email client (not Office365)
  • Message light notification on your phone

Voicemail to Phone only

  • As you do today – you don’t have to sign up!
