Expanded Helpdesk Hours now available

The WTS Helpdesk is now available 7 days a week to assist students, faculty and staff when they are having difficulties with any applications and services that WTS supports.

Hours of Operation:

Mondays to Thursdays:
8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Support is available by calling 519 661-3800 or by submitting a Jira ticket at https://jira.uwo.ca/servicedesk.  In person support is also available by appointment only on Mondays to Fridays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
