There was a problem with IDM (Identity Manager) that occurred around 4:00 PM that could have resulted in users getting and error in when attempting to change their password. The incident was resolved by 4:15 PM.

In the event of a power outage in NSC there may be a loss of network connectivity throughout the building. WTS is scheduled to replace this UPS early morning March 21.
