How to Access your Western Email



As of March 20, 2018,  ALL faculty, staff and students on campus have had their email migrated to Office 365 email.  To access your mail, please click on the Office 365 email button above this paragraph.

If you are unsure of how to access your email, please call the Helpdesk at 519 661-3800. 

Support is available:
Mondays through Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Sundays from 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.



Questions can also be submitted via our JIRA ticket system. You can also drop in at our support counter at the front doors of the Support Services Building, Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
