Microsoft 365 Installation Guide

The Microsoft Campus Agreement provides eligible students, faculty and staff access to the standard Microsoft 365 suite.

The following supported applications will be installed:

Word
Excel
Powerpoint
Outlook
OneNote
OneDrive
Teams

Installation Steps

Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) on your PC or Mac
Go to MyOffice.uwo.ca and sign in with your Western email address
Select the "Install Apps" option from the top right of the welcome page and select "Microsoft 365 Apps"
Select "Install Office" to download the installer
Run the Office installer
When the installation is complete and you've signed in with your Western account, a license is associated with that device
