WTS Helpdesk

The WTS Helpdesk Counter will be open beginning Monday, August 31, 2020.  Due to COVID-19 protocols, our counter service has changed. It is no longer a drop in service.

Assistance will be provided on an appointment-only basis.

Please continue to call in for assistance at 519 661-3800 or create a Service Desk ticket at https://jira.uwo.ca/servicedesk/

If we cannot resolve your problem over the phone or via the ticket, we will discuss appointment options with you and provide you with a specific appointment time to visit us.  

When arriving for your appointment, you will see signage indicating where to stand to wait to be called up to the counter.  Please note that as of June 17, 2020, Western requires the use of non-medical masks/face coverings in the presence of others and in common and shared spaces on campus.

The WTS Helpdesk is available by phone at 519 661-3800 or Ext. 83800 during the following times:

  • Mondays - Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Assistance by Jira Ticket:

Tickets can be submitted at https://jira.uwo.ca/servicedesk/ any time and will be responded to during the following times:

  • Mondays - Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

In Person Appointments at the Helpdesk Counter: 

Appointments are available during the following times if we cannot resolve your problem over the phone or via a service desk ticket:

  • Mondays - Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
