Microsoft Bookings is an online and mobile app for small businesses who provide services to customers on an appointment basis. Examples of businesses include hair salons, dental offices, spas, law firms, financial services providers, consultants, and auto shops. It makes scheduling and managing appointments a breeze. Bookings includes a web-based booking calendar and integrates with Outlook to optimize your staff’s calendar and give your customers flexibility to book a time that works best for them.

Accessing Microsoft Bookings
All Western faculty, staff can request access to Microsoft Bookings by submmiting a Service Desk ticket: https://jira.uwo.ca/servicedesk/
To access Microsoft Bookings:
- Log into your Western Office 365 account at myoffice.uwo.ca using your favourite web browser.
- If Bookings does not appear in your list of favourite apps, click on the All apps icon and then find and click Bookings from the list of apps displayed.
It's as easy as that! There is also a mobile app for Microsoft Bookings available for download at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/bookings/get-bookings-app?view=o365-worldwide .
