Getting Started
Faculty and Staff at Western and its Affiliates are eligible to purchase licenses for Confluence, Jira Service Management and Jira Software.
Jira Service Management is licensed per agents. Agent licenses cost $15 per month per agent.
Confluence and Jira Software are licensed by the project. Project licenses cost $15 per month per project. Faculty, staff and students require a license to access the project but currently there is no cost for those licenses.
