You are chair of a campus committee that needs to share documents

Scenario:

You are the chair of the Health and Safety committee. Your committee has many documents to collaborate on. You have regular meetings with agendas and notes that need to be accessible to members. You need an easy-to-set up system that allows all committee members to find your documents quickly and easily. 

Possible Solutions:

  • Microsoft OneDrive 
    • Save documents to a folder. Share the folder with others and set appropriate file permission accesss for the documents. 
  • Microsoft Teams
    • Create a Team and add all your team members. Upload your documents in the Files tab and set up appropriate access to the documents.
  • Atlassian Confluence
    • Create a Page to post your documents and set up appropriate sharing access with your team members.
