WTS supports the following data collection tools:

Microsoft Forms

  • Cost - Included with Office 365 access
  • Storage limit - 50 GB 
  • Guest Access - No 
  • File and Data Ownership - OneDrive-individual, Teams-shared by Form owners 

Qualtrics

  • Cost - No cost 
  • Storage Limit - No limit
  • Guest Access - Links to surveys can be sent to anyone 
    • Access to form creation only by active Western IDs 
  • File and Data Ownership - Shared by form owners
