- Cost: Included with Office 365 access
- Storage limit: 50 GB
- Guest access: Yes
- File Ownership: Individual
Laserfiche
- Cost: requests for licenses by feature plus compatible scanner hardware
- Storage Limit: No
- Guest Access: No
- File Ownership: Shared
WTS Central File Storage (also called WALTER)
- Cost: $15 per month for 250 GB of storage with the option to purchase additional storage in 250 GB increments
- Storage Limit: No
- Guest Access: No
- File Ownership: Shared

- Western University Repository on Borealis Online repository - for storage and sharing of non-confidential research data
