Translated Captions
The Translated Captions feature is not part of our Zoom standard license but it is a feature that staff and faculty can purchase.
Subscriptions to Translated Captions are charged annually and will expire on the contract renewal date (July 1). Pro-rated charges will apply if a subscription is ordered during the contract year.
To inquire about adding this feature to your Western Zoom account, please create a Service Desk ticket at https://westernu.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/group/12.
