Blocker Priority Availability

With the upcoming Atlassian Cloud Migration, the 'Blocker' priority will be retired.

All existing Jira projects will be automatically updated to have the 'Blocker' priority removed. All the other priorities, such as Critical, High, Medium, Low and Minor will still be available.
