Classroom AV Technical Support and Services
Audio Visual Technical Support is available to assist instructors with general university classroom technology needs and can be reached at (519) 661‑2111 ext. 82222. Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Room Reservations
Room bookings at Western University are managed through the university’s centralized reservation system. Western Faculty, Staff, and Students can view real-time availability in Western's General University Spaces on 25Live. Access to request spaces online will be granted to individuals who require it
