  1. Documents stored on your OneDrive are singularly owned by you. If you are working on content that requires constant access, even in your absence, then you should use Microsoft Teams or Confluence instead.
  2. Word, Excel and Powerpoint documents stored in Confluence cannot be edited. If you are looking to store and perform live edits on documents, then you should consider using Microsoft Teams or Microsoft OneDrive instead.
