The WTS Helpdesk is available by phone at 519 661-3800 or Ext. 83800 during the following times:
- Mondays - Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Assistance by Jira Ticket:
Tickets can be submitted at https://westernu.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2 any time and will be responded to during the following times:
- Mondays - Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
In Person at the Helpdesk Counter:
If we cannot resolve your problem over the phone or via a service desk ticket, you have the option of coming in person to our Helpdesk counter. The counter is open:
- Mondays - Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
