Headsets

WTS does not provide sales, installation or repair support for headsets.

For voice trouble reports:

  • If a problem is determined to be a result of the telephone set or voice line, there will be no charge for the service call.
  • If the problem is determined to be a result of the headset, Time and Materials rates will apply for the service call.

Headsets have to compatible with Cisco C79xx and Cisco 88xx series phones.

WTS cannot guarantee compatibility of all headsets on the market with the campus phone system.
