Visitors to WTS

The following information is based on the current policies and guidelines administered by Western University.
If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and re-schedule your appointment.

Western’s vaccination policy and mandatory masking policy remains in place on campus.

All faculty, staff and students and visitors, must complete the Ontario COVID-19 self-assessment tool each day they are going to be on campus. You must also be compliant with Western's current COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.

External visitors

If you are visiting WTS during our regular business hours, you will need to go to the WTS Administration Office prior to meeting your party:

  • Location: Support Services Building 4300 (back building)
  • Office hours: 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)

Upon your arrival, we will be checking:

  1. If the provincial COVID-19 self-assessment tool has been completed for that day  
  2. For your proof of vaccination (either 3rd or 2nd dated at least two weeks prior to your visit)
  3. One piece of photo ID with your full name and date of birth (i.e. driver's license or passport

During your visit, a required medical-grade (ASTM level 3) will be provided if you do not have one.
