SAS Campus Agreement
Eligibility and Installation
Faculty, Staff and Graduate students
- Faculty, staff, and grad students are eligible to install SAS on their personal computers.
- Requests to install SAS on personal computers should be sent through JIRA: https://westernu.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1057
- SAS software must only be used for Western academic research and/or class preparation.
- SAS can only be installed on a Windows 64-bit only system.
- SAS must be completely removed from your system once you leave the university.
Undergraduate Students
- Access options:

- Use MyVLab: https://myvlab.uwo.ca/setup_instructions/

- SAS must only be used for Western academic purposes.
- SAS can only be installed on a Windows 64-bit only system.

Renewing SAS
To access the renewal instructions for SAS (re-installation is not required even if your license has expired):
- Visit the SAS Downloads Page (sign in using your Western credentials)
- read and accept Western's site license end user agreement and the file will download
- download/extract the zipped folder to your system (this may happen automatically)
- open the appropriate folder then follow the renewal instructions
Network Installs
Annual licenses for SAS Server are available for a fee (per CPU). If you would like to learn more about a network setup, submit a JIRA ticket: https://westernu.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1057

- Sign-in to "SAS Skill Builder for Students" to access free online courses and learn about other resources
