Information Technology Services offers voicemail to faculty and staff which include a variety of default features, and the option of forwarding of messages to email.
- Messages are forwarded to your Western Email as WAV attachment
- Access your voicemail anytime, anywhere where you have access to your Western Email
- NO message light notification on your phone
- Messages are delivered to a separate Email account in your email client using your credentials
- Access from your phone and email client (not Office365)
