If you are considering creating a new website in Cascade:
- Make that request by going to Request a New Site in Cascade in the WTS Helpdesk Portal and completing the form. This will create a Service Desk ticket that will send you email alerts as we work on the ticket.
If you are a new Cascade user that will be editing an existing Cascade site:
- Review the documentation available under Basics. If you have any questions, please go to the WTS Helpdesk Portal and ask your question there. If you cannot find a knowledge base article to answer your question, you will be able to create a Service Desk ticket that will send you email alerts as we work on the ticket.
