On Sunday, March 28, some campus users reported that their Western Zoom accounts had reverted back to a Basic account. This issue has been resolved. (Read the full article)
On Monday, March 15th, Microsoft reported issues with users being able to access multiple Microsoft Office 365 services including Teams. Western users were among those who reported difficulties. Microsoft is in the process of rolling back an update. (Read the full article)
