Install Office 365

License

The Microsoft Campus Agreement provides eligible students, faculty and staff access to the standard Office 365 suite.

  • Eligible accounts are licensed for up to 5 active Office installations on PCs or Macs
  • Office installations on your work & personal devices count towards the license limit
  • Office applications on iOS and Android devices do not count towards the license limit
  • Application availability and features vary by platform, device and language (Access and Publisher are available for PC systems only)

Installation steps

  • Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) on your PC or Mac
  • Go to MyOffice.uwo.ca and sign in with your Western email address
  • Select the Install Office option from the top right of the welcome page to download the Office installer
  • Run the Office installer
  • When the installation is complete and you've signed in with your Western account, a license is associated with that device
