Service Description

This service provisions shared file storage on centrally managed on-premises storage platforms. It supports common file access methods for Windows, Linux, and macOS systems, enabling secure shared storage and access control for departmental and project data. The service is designed for reliable, long-term data storage within the campus network and includes 30 days of daily backups. Setup, security, file restores and management of the data can be done entirely by departmental administrators or with WTS assistance.
