Service Description
This service provides enterprise-grade data centre facilities for hosting physical servers, including power, cooling, network connectivity, environmental monitoring, and secure access controls. It includes server installation, configuration support, disaster recovery planning, and ongoing security and access management.
How to Request or Use the Service
- Request to host forms are to be completed by the Network Admin for the department and will require billing information for cost associated with hosting. To request, submit a Jira ticket to WTS Operations.
- There may be custom hosting situations where the hosting requirements are outside of the scope of this service. This will be determined through the request process.
What You Need To Use The Service
Customer must provide assets to be hosted in the Data Centre, including: Rackmountable, Dual Power Supply, Dual Data Connect, Management Interface.
