Service Description
This service provides ad hoc and scheduled backups of data for desktop and server systems connected to campus networks. It also supports data restoration requests in the event of accidental deletion, system failure, or data loss.
How to Request or Use the Service
To request, submit a Jira ticket to WTS Operations.
What You Need To Use The Service
- Requires designated primary and secondary contacts.
- Requires that backup endpoint client software installed.
- Requires network access from backup servers to endpoints.
