Service Description

This service provides single sign-on capabilities for web-based applications using standards-based authentication (DUO SSO SAML via Shibboleth). Users sign in once with their institutional credentials and can access multiple supported systems without repeated logins. The service supports secure integration with internal and external applications.

How to Request or Use the Service

To request a new service or application, submit a Jira ticket to WTS System Administration.

What You Need To Use The Service

Requests for the addition of SSO must be approved by appropriate leadership and applications must complete the Technology Risk Assessment Process (TRAC) before they can be implemented.

Service Availability:	24x7: Excluding scheduled maintenance windows
Maintenance Window:	Standard: Sundays 12am - 10am ET; Thursdays 12am - 7am ET
