The Security Operations Team (SOC) provides support for identifying, managing, and resolving information security incidents to minimize the impact of these incidents and protect Western's systems and data. This includes:
- Investigating suspicious activity or breaches
- Containing and mitigating threats
- Supporting recovery and remediation efforts
- Coordinating with other campus units when necessary

- Please email the WTS Security Operations Team or
- Submit a ticket to the WTS Helpdesk
