Service Description

This service provides continuous monitoring of infrastructure and hosted systems to detect availability issues, performance errors, and environmental risks. Monitoring includes up/down status, error reporting, and custom alerting configured to meet operational needs for devices deployed in the Support Services Building (SSB) and The Collider (COL) data centres. Alerts are delivered o a defined list of customer provided contacts through centrally managed monitoring platforms to enable rapid response and maintain service reliability.
