This service provides a centralized record of IT systems, equipment, applications, and services, along with how they are connected to and depend on one another. The service is integrated with IT request and support tools to provide better visibility behind the scenes.

It includes a Configuration Management Database (CMDB), a detailed inventory that maps relationships between servers, applications, databases, network components, and services. This information helps IT teams understand how changes, outages, or failures in one system may affect others, supporting faster troubleshooting, better planning, and more reliable service delivery.
