This service enables the creation of groups that provide a shared identity for teams or departments. Each group includes shared communication and collaboration resources such as a group email address, shared calendar, file storage, and task tracking tools. Groups are often used as mailing lists but also support broader collaboration needs.

How to Request or Use the Service

To request, submit a Jira ticket to the WTS Helpdesk.

What You Need To Use The Service

  • Requires a valid Western ID.
  • Requires multi-factor authentication (MFA).
