WTS assists with onboarding, troubleshooting, and ensuring stable site operations.
How to Request or Use the Service
Faculty and staff with an active Western ID can request a site in Cascade through a ticket to the WTS Helpdesk. Site Maintainers can request additional staff, faculty, or students be granted access to edit the site. WTS Helpdesk
