  • Zoom Whiteboardwill be available on your Western Zoom account beginning on January 15

Zoom Whiteboard is an expandable digital canvas where virtual meeting participants can brainstorm and collaborate. The new feature provides a unified space where on-site and hybrid teams can visually structure their ideas with dynamic tools including shapes, connectors, images, sticky notes, messages, and more.

  • Zoom Maintenance - Scheduled Zoom Software Quarterly Lifecycle update - 4 February 2023.

    Zoom will be enforcing a new global minimum version for all our Zoom clients and plugins this February 4th, 2023. This affects the following products:

    - Zoom client for meetings (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, Blackberry, and Intune)
    - Zoom Rooms*
    - Zoom Phone Appliances
    - VDI Client
    - Virtual Room Connector
    - Meetings Connector
    - Recording Connector
    - Meeting SDK (native and web)
    - Video SDK (native and web)

    *Note: Zoom Room Controllers will not be enforced with this enforcement.
