Zoom has been a powerful tool that Western community members have used to conduct a host of video/audio/collaborative meetings over the past number of months, and we have seen a sharp increase since mid-March as we respond to the unfolding global circumstances associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
Understandably, there are a number of questions about the use of Zoom and maybe some things that our community members have not thought about. Privacy and security are taken seriously at Western University and we want to ensure that our members feel comfortable in the use of technology.
