Service Description
The Security Operations Team (SOC) offers consulting support for a wide range of cybersecurity questions and concerns raised by the Western University community. Consulting may include guidance on:
- Regulatory and policy compliance
- Endpoint and device security best practices
- Cybersecurity awareness and safe computing
- Incident response (excluding matters involving Western Special Constable Service)
- Security assessments and general security posture improvements
This service helps faculties, staff, and researchers make informed decisions and maintain secure practices across their work.
