Service Description
For faculties and support units requiring technical support on an occasional or limited basis, WTS offers fee-based IT support and maintenance for university-owned devices, hardware, software, and network environments. Creation of user documentation or guidance on technology planning and acquisition can also be requested. Whenever possible, the same one or two technicians are assigned to maintain familiarity with the client area's needs and environment.
