Service Description
This service provides an internal pathway for systems and applications to send email to Western's central email platform. It allows approved servers and devices within campus network ranges to relay email without individual user authentication. The service is commonly used by applications, monitoring tools, and automated systems that need to send notifications or messages reliably.
How to Request or Use the Service
To request, submit a Jira ticket to the WTS Helpdesk.
