Audio Conferencing

For basic conferencing needs, the conferencing feature on your phone will be sufficient.  However, hiring a conferencing service provider does have its advantages.  These advantages include:

  • dial-in phone numbers which allow external participants to dial into the conference rather than the host having to call each participant
  • toll-free dial numbers
  • more than six callers on a single call
  • call-recording

WTS does not coordinate scheduling with external Conference call service providers.  If you wish to schedule or find out more information about their service and features please communicate directly with the service provider.
