I am in a General University classroom that doesn't have the audio-visual equipment that I need for the majority of my lectures. What can I do?

It is sometimes assumed that all General University classrooms contain a/v equipment: they do not. Please review the features of your assigned classroom well in advance of your first class.

1. Request a classroom reassignment with IPB Room Reservations. The Classroom Technology Group does not manage room assignment issues
2. Fill out the Service Desk: General Question form for further advice.

Do you lend or rent laptop computers? Do you know of any department that does lend or rent laptop computers?

The Classroom Technology Group does not lend or rent laptop computers. We do not know of any department on campus that does provide this service.

I need to book a data projector, sound system, TV, etc. for a meeting, group event, or a social function. Can we get this equipment from you?

We recommend that you use General University classrooms that have the equipment built in for meetings and events where possible.

If this is not possible, we recommend the following two A/V rental companies to supply equipment and personnel to accommodate your requests.
