Service Description
This service provides centralized voicemail for faculty and staff, including standard voicemail features and message management options. Users can listen to messages by phone or have voicemail messages forwarded to their email inbox. The service integrates with campus phone systems for convenient access. This service also offers enhanced voicemail applications including menus (call handlers) and auto attendants which provide the ability for a caller to make the selection among several choices to help direct their call. The process is designed by the customer, "Press 1 for ..., Press 2 for ...". This service is associated with a particular phone number.
