Ceiling Microphone
Intended to support general audio capture for virtual conferencing or Lecture Capture applications. Ceiling microphones do not provide voice-lift amplification in the room.
Constraints
Clarity of audio captured by the ceiling microphones is dependent on the acoustic environment with which they interact. Physical attributes of certain teaching and presentation spaces could impact audio quality. While CTG provides advice on performance standards; remediating challenging room acoustics is outside of CTG’s scope.
