We are excited to introduce new features designed to keep you informed and improve overall security. Effective Tuesday, March 24th you will receive email notifications for key service‑managed tasks—Renewals, Password Changes, and Contact Updates. Whenever you perform one of these actions, an email will be sent for both informational and verification purposes.
Reasons
Improve security – By notifying the SI Contact of any changes to access, they can quickly identify and address inappropriate or unauthorized activity.
Increase awareness – Provides a built‑in communication channel among SI Contacts, making transitions and shared responsibilities easier to manage.
Reduce confusion – Ensures that password changes are communicated to all end users who rely on the credentials, helping them update vendor applications, mail clients, or scripts without disruption.
